There's plenty of room for four small kids to play together and move around (not as much room for their attitudes. You might need a bigger playhouse for that). It also is great for those hot summer months, as it provides a nice bit of shade for them to stay out of the hot sun. This playhouse is built to last and is super easy to put together. Assembly was fast and easy, cottage provides my children with both outdoor playtime as weel as loads of imaginitive play. Outside planter was great for teaching my daughter to care for her flowers ( which she just loves). Working phone and doorbell add to creativety. The only "downside" was in the heat the stickers are starting to peel but over all this is an adorble playhouse perfect for little boys and girls. My 3 to 11 year old play inside almost daily.
